If you are feeling unwell prior to your appointment, please contact the Spa. We will be happy to help you reschedule your visit when appropriate.

To help preserve a peaceful and restorative environment, guests are encouraged to silence or turn off cell phones and electronic devices during their visit.

Your comfort is our priority. Guests are encouraged to communicate preferences, concerns, areas of discomfort, or areas they would like to focus on during their service so adjustments can be made whenever possible.

Our goal is for every guest to leave feeling relaxed, refreshed, and cared for.

For the most efficient scheduling experience, appointments may be booked online or by contacting the Spa directly.

To reserve an appointment time held exclusively for you, a valid credit card in your name is required, including appointments booked using a gift certificate.

Credit cards are not charged for services in advance unless otherwise authorized or required as part of a reservation deposit.

If a different individual intends to pay for services, the cardholder must be present with the credit card to authorize the payment or make payment arrangements directly with the Spa in advance. Guests wishing to treat a friend or loved one are encouraged to purchase a spa gift certificate for added convenience.

Payment for scheduled services is due at the time of your appointment.

Reserved appointment times are subject to the Spa's cancellation policy.

As a courtesy, appointment reminders are sent approximately 48 hours prior to scheduled appointments. While every effort is made to provide reminders, delivery cannot be guaranteed and failure to receive a reminder does not waive cancellation fees or other appointment policies.

Appointment reminders may provide a convenient option to confirm or cancel electronically. While confirmations are appreciated, all appointments remain reserved unless canceled or rescheduled through the Spa's online booking system or by contacting the Spa directly.

When appointments are canceled with insufficient notice, it is often difficult to offer that time to another guest.

To help us accommodate all guests and maintain appointment availability, a minimum of 24 hours' notice is required should you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment.

Appointments canceled with less than 24 hours' notice, as well as missed appointments, may be subject to a minimum cancellation fee of 50% of the scheduled service value.

Permanent Makeup appointments require a reservation deposit at the time of booking which will be applied toward the scheduled service(s). Your deposit may be forfeited for appointments canceled with less than 24 hours' notice or missed appointments.

The Spa reserves the right to require a reservation deposit for all other spa services and guests, including extended appointments, multi-service appointments, rescheduled or missed appointments. Any applicable deposit requirements will be communicated at the time of booking.

The Spa reserves the right to apply part or all cancellation fees toward a rescheduled appointment when the appointment is rescheduled within 14 days of the original appointment date.

New guests are encouraged to arrive 5–10 minutes prior to their scheduled appointment to allow time to complete intake forms. Returning guests may wish to arrive a few minutes early to settle in and prepare for their service.

To ensure each guest receives the full benefit of their reserved treatment time, we kindly ask that you arrive in a timely fashion for your appointment.

Gift certificates are a thoughtful way to share relaxation, self-care, and wellness with someone special.

Gift certificates are non-refundable, have no expiration date, and are redeemable toward spa services and gratuity only. Gift certificates may not be redeemed toward retail products.

Because gift certificates are delivered electronically and may be redeemed immediately upon receipt, all gift certificate purchases are final and non-refundable. This policy helps protect both gift purchasers and recipients from unauthorized use, duplication, or redemption after purchase.

Gift certificates are issued in a dollar amount and are redeemed based on the original dollar value purchased.

Because service offerings and pricing may change over time, gift certificates originally issued for a specific service may be converted to the original dollar amount paid and applied toward current service pricing at the time of redemption. Any difference between the gift certificate value and the current service price is the responsibility of the recipient.

To reserve an appointment time held exclusively for you, a valid credit card is required when booking an appointment using a gift certificate.

Appointments reserved with a gift certificate remain subject to the Spa's Cancellation & Rescheduling Policy.

From time to time, Off The Vine Day Spa may offer seasonal promotions, special events, or limited-time offers. Promotional pricing applies to eligible spa services only and may not be used toward the purchase of gift certificates unless expressly stated otherwise. Promotions may not be combined with any other offer, discount, or promotion unless specifically authorized by the Spa.

The Spa reserves the right to refuse, cancel or investigate transactions involving suspected fraud, unauthorized use, or misuse of gift certificates.
